Lhype: The Little Hypervisor That Couldn't

Late this week I finally got lhype to boot to the shell prompt. Now I have a bundle of more-fixmes-than code; here is the exchange:

Do?  DO?  What can you DO?

Watch the cpu usage of kernel thread representing the host domain as it
boots!  Gaze at the paravirtualized wonder of the sash prompt in all its
glory!  Hit ^C and watch the domain die!
