[K42-discussion] GIT Patches about to be pushed

I've just put the finishing touches on changes to the new build
system to let it generate and install *everything* in the K42 install
directory except script.sed and stubgen. I'll be pushing these
changes later today once I've tested everything a bit more.
script.sed and stubgen (damn them both to hell) are next on my list.
Once those are done, I need to step away from K42 for a few weeks to
work on a few other things, but that should be close to having the
new Makefile capable of doing a complete build from scratch.

Next major things on the list after that are:
1. Generating dependencies (I may skip this)
2. Installing a more up-to-date Linux package to build with
3. GCC4
