[K42-discussion] Last push for a bit

I've pushed out a final set of changes to the Makefile.new  
infrastructure to allow it to build exec.so/libk42sys.so, and added  
dependencies to allow parallel makes (make -j) to work with it as  
well. libgcc.a, the userland utilities, and hte build tools all still  
need to be bootstrapped with the old build system, but other than  
that, the full suite of servers, libraries, and the kernel image all  
now parallel build with Makefile.new in the GIT tree.
