[K42-discussion] More changes pushed

I've just pushed changes to the GIT tree that incorporate Donour's  
last 3 patches (additional virtual destructors, more changes to  
remove GCC4 warnings), as well as Makefile.new changes that allow the  
new build system to build libbase.a, libemu.a, libnative.a, and  
libfs.a. I'm going to knock out building the rest of the static  
libraries next, and then exec.so and any other related k42 shared  
objects.
