[K42-discussion] More Makefile.new changes pushed

Makefile.new in the pushed GIT tree now builds all of hte servers in  
os/servers. I'm going to be pulling in Donour's patches sans the  
atexit patch, making sure they work and pass regress without atexit  
in the kernel, and then pushing them out if they do. We need to come  
to a decision w.r.t. atexit relatively soon; Donour, do you have any  
idea what other objects besudes DeletedObject cause atexit to be  
generated?
