[K42-discussion] kcvs has a new SSH host key.. maybe

Its IP address has changed and it is now an alias for a machine  
called dcv.watson.ibm.com
everything else should work, please report any problems to the list  
and directly to me.

may take some time for dns to make it across the globe but eventually  
you should have:
$ host  kcvs.watson.ibm.com
kcvs.watson.ibm.com is an alias for dcv.watson.ibm.com.
dcv.watson.ibm.com has address 129.34.3.28

Currently kcvs and dcv are mirrored so if you DNS does not get it  
right by the time we take the kcvs machine offline then simply update  
you .ssh/config record to point to dcv.
