[K42-discussion] Large page support on K42

YipKei,
     Orran should certainly say if I get anything incorrect but in answer
to 1) we still use the reserve on boot and in answer to 2) we only have
support for 1 large page size for PPC970.  In short, we have not done any
additional implementation effort on the large page work since our early
prototype.
