That is what I saw too, i.e.  ssh works on the ssh port.  But if you
accidently ssh to the rlogin port, the rlogin daemon hangs.   (Fyi, ssh
only starts on real hardware though, on mambo it is trying to bind to
port 22 and fails.)

The patch just keeps the rlogin daemon from hanging and prints a message
on the console to check for the ssh -> rlogin link.  You still need to
use real rlogin if you want to log in on the rlogin port.
