[K42-discussion] rlogin eof patch

mmhh... ssh has worked for me regularly when connecting to the default port 
(22), but I have also seen Patrick's problem when using rlogin (link to ssh) 
to a port other than 22. When I need to use rlogin, I end up using debian's 
rsh-client package instead of ssh and this has worked fine.
