[K42-discussion] K42 Development Tree updates

I have pushed a set of updates to the K42 development tree and the Linux
tree.   If you are doing hardware bringup please pull the new changes
and let me know if they cause problems for you.

 * Fixed a bug in the Linux zImage wrapper code in which it flushed the
   data and instruction caches for much more memory than it should,
   resulting in a crash if your bootloader set up strict memory maps
   (like yaboot).  

 * Changed the link address to a value that works for all the JS20s,
   RS600's and 970's we have here, please let me know if it does not
   work for the hardware you have.

 * Merged the tools subdirectory from upstream K42, so you need to do a
   full_snapshot build to get the new infrastructure files.
