[K42-discussion] support for AF_UNIX, SOCK_DGRAM sockets

The UNIX Domain Sockets support that existed at the time is no longer
there; Chris effectively re-implemented AF_UNIX.   The fact that that
particular interface was disabled may not be the only thing your way ---
I don't know the actual state of socketpair for AF_UNIX SOCK_DGRAM.
