[K42-discussion] New reboot menu commands

I have added some new options to the kernel control menu: Y and YY which 
operate like X and XX but do 
sync prior to rebooting.   Please be aware that these can fail and even 
hang the kernel if the system is in 
a bad state but in general if the system is sane it will ensure that your 
disk state is synced.
